The Royal Hamilius programme\nconsists of mixed use with shops, services, hotels and restaurants, offices and\nhousing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"780\" src=\"http:\/\/dagli.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-13-1024x780.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-592\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dagli.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-13-1024x780.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/dagli.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-13-300x229.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dagli.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-13-768x585.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dagli.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-13.jpg 1417w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For\nour design, that won the second place in the competition behind Sir Norman\nFoster&#8217;s project, we examined the pedestrian flows, traffic flows, the built\nenvironment and the quality of the urban space.
