Le projet consiste d\u2019un immeuble \u00e0 appartements \u00e0 Goetzingen. Pour ce projet, nous avons exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 afin de r\u00e9interpr\u00e9ter la toiture inclin\u00e9e \u00e0 double pente. Les vieilles maisons des villages se relient d'une mani\u00e8re organique, \u00e9tablissant des relations entre elles et leur environnement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le projet, de par sa localisation, cherche \u00e0 s'approprier ces relations organiques afin de dialoguer avec les b\u00e2timents adjacents et leur environnement. Nous avons pr\u00e9vu un pli au niveau de la fa\u00e7ade donnant vers la rue afin d\u2019obtenir une surface polygonale de la toiture avec deux plis en gardant un fa\u00eete droite. Le r\u00e9sultat est une volum\u00e9trique avec des zones d\u00e9coup\u00e9es et des zones bris\u00e9es, r\u00e9pondant aux b\u00e2timents adjacents, \u00e0 l'orientation solaire ou aux vues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La nouvelle construction se pr\u00e9sente c\u00f4t\u00e9 rue plut\u00f4t comme une maison, avec une traditionnelle toiture \u00e0 double pente, mais qui prend une tournure plus contemporaine en y int\u00e9grant un pli. Par ce geste, la toiture devient une surface polygonale tout en conservant un fa\u00eete droit. Cette approche contribue \u00e0 donner un caract\u00e8re expressif \u00e0 cette architecture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le b\u00e2timent est compact et expressif vers la rue, avec un studio qui fait vitrine avec sa grande baie vitr\u00e9e vers la rue. A l\u2019arri\u00e8re, nous avons \u00e9tendu le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e avec des volumes sur\u00e9lev\u00e9s qui abrite une zone de verdure, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire un jardin urbain pour les appartements du 1er \u00e9tage. Cette barri\u00e8re de verdure limite aussi la vue directe dans le jardin privatif du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Zeitgeist de ce projet est d\u2019orienter et d\u2019exhiber l\u2019espace living + diner vers les grandes baies des fa\u00e7ades, afin de les donner la luminosit\u00e9 et l\u2019aspect d\u2019\u00e9tendre les surfaces vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The general strategy of distribution of the floors in the apartments is generated also from the entrance, trying to distribute from this point all the spaces with the minimum corridor space. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The common living spaces are settled in the back part to benefit the most beautiful view to the extensive garden. Terraces are placed on the southern side looking out over the landscape of crops. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The openings are high windows and sliding doors in the case of the terraces, with a triple frame to make a smooth transition between the interior and the exterior bonds, at the same time as the building acquires its personality adapting itself without dominating the immediate setting. The rest of the building program (parking, installations, storage room, etc.) is located on a lower level and has also its own private entry from the street through the garage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
